Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bilibulu.vip (the "Store") operated by Bilibulu ("we", "us") and any purchase you make from the Store. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

We sell (a) Bilibulu-brand digital products (guides, courses, mentorship and digital packs) delivered electronically, and (b) physical products fulfilled and shipped by our supplier partners. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor variations (e.g. colour representation) may occur.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was mispriced, stock is unavailable, or fraud is suspected; if we cancel and you have paid, you will be refunded. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. Payment is processed at checkout by our third-party payment providers.

4. Digital Product Licence

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy (except for personal backup), share, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or make the content available to any third party, in whole or in part. All intellectual property in digital products remains ours. Breach of this licence may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Bilibulu digital products relating to trading, charting or markets are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we are not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager or broker. Nothing in our content is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including any examples or case studies shown, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed financial adviser before acting on any information in our products. We make no representation or warranty as to any earnings, profits or results you may achieve.

6. Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both are linked in the Store footer and form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Store for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' accounts; share purchased digital content in violation of the licence above; misuse discount codes or promotions; or file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including the Bilibulu name, logo, product content, text, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, or trading or investment losses arising from your use of the Store or our products; and our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store or our products.

11. Third-Party Services

The Store is powered by Shopify and orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and carriers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Store.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
